Manual workflows in HR and IT created lack of transparency, resulting in miscommunication. Poor connectivity for field employees impacted their ability to access critical information, and slow access to real-time insights diminished the potential for proactive management.

The Solution

DIA was implemented as a multilingual (English & Arabic) Agentic AI assistant to digitize and streamline enterprise operations through a WhatsApp-based conversational interface.
